The relax wiki is community-run support site for the software relax. This software is used for studying molecular dynamics via the analysis of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) data. It supports the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis of relaxation data, the exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 NMR relaxation rates, the calculation of the steady-state NOE, consistency testing of multiple field NMR relaxation data, Reduced Spectral Density Mapping, study of domain motions via the N-state model and frame order dynamics theories using anisotropic NMR parameters such as RDCs and PCSs, stereochemistry investigations, and relaxation dispersion.
