The Miloushev and Palmer 2005 off-resonance 2-site relaxation dispersion model for R1rho-type data for all time scales. It has the parameters {R1ρ', ..., pA, ∆ω, kex}. The implementation of the MP05 model in relax can be seen in the API documentation.
