Updated the LM63 page for the new dispersion model format.
This is the original Luz and Meiboom 1963 relaxation dispersion model for 2-site fast exchange for [[SQ CPMG-type experimentsdata]]. It This model is selected by setting the model to labelled as '''LM63''' in relax, here named after Luz and Meiboom (1963). The reference is:

The LM63 model has the parameters {$R_2^0$, $...$, $\Phi_{ex}$, $k_{ex}$}.
