Updated the LM63 page for the new dispersion model format.

This is the original Luz and Meiboom 1963 relaxation dispersion model for 2-site fast exchange for [[SQ CPMG-type ~~experiments~~data]]. It This model is ~~selected by setting the model to~~ labelled as '''LM63''' in relax~~, here named after Luz and Meiboom (1963)~~. ~~The reference is:~~
