TAP03

The Trott et al., 2003 2-site off-resonance relaxation dispersion model for R1rho-type data for all time scales with the weak condition p_A ≫ p_B. This model is labelled as TAP03 in relax.

The TAP03 model has the parameters {R_1ρ', ..., p_A, Δω, k_ex}.
