Added an announcements section.
This is a feature release. Significant improvements to the [http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/dx_map.html OpenDX mapping functions] have been made, including the ability to map any three parameters of all models within any order. Significantly diffusion tensor parameters can now by mapped.
